Establishes a special legislative commission to study primary care medicine in Rhode Island.

The bill creates a special legislative commission to study and provide recommendations on supporting primary care medicine in Rhode Island. The commission will review all forms of primary care, ways to increase revenue, and best practices from other states. It will also assess new funding methods. The commission will report its findings and recommendations to the House by April 28, 2028, and will expire on May 30, 2028.
