Rhode Island H8521 vacates the revocation of Los Toros Records, Inc.'s charter if the corporation files required tax returns, pays due taxes, submits a certificate from the tax administrator, and fulfills all reports and fees to the secretary of state by December 31, 2026. Upon meeting these conditions, Los Toros Records, Inc. will regain all corporate privileges, benefits, and powers, and be subject to the same duties and liabilities as if its charter had never been revoked. This act takes effect upon passage.
