Vacates the revocation of Los Toros Records, Inc.'s charter if certain conditions are met.

If Los Toros Records, Inc. files required corporation tax returns, pays due taxes, and submits a certificate from the tax administrator to the secretary of state by December 31, 2026, the revocation of its charter will be vacated. The corporation will then regain all privileges, benefits, powers, and will be subject to the same duties and liabilities as if the revocation had never occurred. This act takes effect upon passage.
