Los Toros Band, Inc., incorporated on September 3, 1999, can have its charter revocation vacated if it files required corporation tax returns, pays due taxes, submits a signed certificate from the tax administrator, and files all reports and fees with the secretary of state by December 31, 2026. Upon fulfilling these conditions, the corporation regains its privileges, benefits, powers, and is subject to the same duties and liabilities as if the revocation never occurred. This act takes effect upon passage.
