Establishes the Rhode Island towing advisory board to advise the DPUC on regulating tow truck operators.

This act establishes the Rhode Island towing advisory board to provide advice to the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers (DPUC) regarding the DPUC's regulation of tow truck operators.
