Rhode Island H8316 authorizes the appropriation of $150,000 to the Main Street Rhode Island Program for fiscal year 2027. This funding will support the continuation and expansion of the program, which was established in 2025 to assist district cohorts throughout the state. The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is empowered to accept and disburse these funds to Grow Smart Rhode Island by December 31, 2026.
