Manufacturers, distributors, and factory branches must compensate dealers for recall repairs and provide expected dates for recall parts availability. Dealers must be notified of refusal to honor family member succession to dealership ownership 90 days prior to discontinuance. The bill updates dealership survivorship rights, warranty agreements, delivery obligations, and risk of loss provisions.
