Establishes employer tax credits for setting up retirement plans with auto-enrollment for employees.

This bill creates tax credits for employers who establish retirement plans with auto-enrollment for employees. Eligible employers can claim a credit for each employee participating in a qualified retirement plan, up to $100 per employee per year. Employers with auto-enrollment features can claim an additional credit of up to $100 per eligible employee per year, for up to three years. The credits can be carried forward for up to three years if unused. The bill aims to encourage small employers to adopt retirement plans, increase participation, and implement auto-enrollment features.
