Establishes an 11-member task force to study immigration enforcement and support in Rhode Island.

The bill creates an 11-member task force to study immigration enforcement and support in Rhode Island. The task force will examine federal agents' conduct, ICE practices, discrimination against immigrants, and language access for non-English speakers. It will also review state contracts with ICE and support for immigrant communities. The task force will report to the General Assembly by January 5, 2027, and will expire on March 5, 2027.
