Allows tenants to pay last month's rent or any prepaid rent and increases security deposit to two months of rent.

This bill amends the Rhode Island Residential Landlord and Tenant Act to allow tenants to pay the last month's rent or any other prepaid rent. It also increases the maximum amount for a security deposit from one to two months of rent. The bill takes effect upon passage.
