Aligns the implementation date of youth camp licensing within the Rhode Island departments of human services and children, youth, and families.

This bill amends the licensing requirements for youth camps in Rhode Island, aligning the implementation date of these requirements within the operational and statutory framework of the Rhode Island department of human services and department of children, youth, and families. The new rules and regulations, including those related to facility inspections and staff qualifications, will not take effect until January 1, 2027. The bill takes effect upon passage.
