Authorizes judges to issue electronic warrants for DUI offenses under certain conditions.

This bill amends the General Laws to allow judges to issue electronic warrants for DUI offenses under specific conditions. The warrants can be issued for DUI cases resulting in death or serious bodily injury. The judicial officer must electronically sign the complaint, search warrant, and affidavit, and transmit these documents electronically to the applicant. The warrant must be returned to the district court within fourteen days, accompanied by supporting affidavits and an inventory of any property seized. The act takes effect upon passage.
