Exempts real and tangible personal property of Higher Ground International from taxation.

This bill amends the General Laws of Rhode Island to exempt the real and tangible personal property of Higher Ground International, a Rhode Island domestic nonprofit corporation, from taxation. The property is located at Ninigret Avenue within the city of Providence. The exemption applies to the property as long as it is owned by Higher Ground International. This act would take effect upon passage.
