This bill repeals Section 3-7-19 of the General Laws in Rhode Island, which prohibits issuing retail liquor licenses within 200 feet of schools and religious institutions. The repeal removes the restriction on the proximity of liquor licenses to these locations. The bill takes effect upon passage.
