Establishes a 17-member commission to study women’s reproductive health across the life course.

Rhode Island H7951 creates a special legislative commission to study women’s reproductive health across the life course. The commission will examine the prevalence and health impacts of reproductive life stages, availability of clinical services, insurance coverage, and disparities in diagnosis and treatment. The commission will report its findings and recommendations to the House by March 2, 2027, and will expire on May 2, 2027.
