This bill amends existing law to prohibit unauthorized placement of merchants on advertising platform order interfaces and to prohibit third-party restaurant reservation services. It defines "unauthorized placement" as any appearance, promotion, advertisement, or order interface on an advertising platform by a third-party delivery service of a merchant without an agreement.
