Establishes the State of Rhode Island Interior Design Practice Act to regulate interior design practice.

The bill enacts the State of Rhode Island Interior Design Practice Act to regulate the professional practice of interior designers. It establishes a board of seven members, four of whom are registered interior designers, to oversee the registration and regulation of interior designers.
