Rhode Island H7800 permits local governments receiving grants from the Rhode Island infrastructure bank's OSCAR fund and resilient Rhode Island infrastructure fund to allocate funds for insurability planning. This includes using the funds for resiliency-related infrastructure planning processes and developing risk interpretation tools to quantify financial risk and the value of risk financing and transfer investments.
