Rhode Island H7784 changes the method for electing presidential electors by grouping municipalities of equal populations.

Rhode Island H7784 alters the process for selecting presidential electors by dividing the state into four groups of municipalities with approximately equal populations. Each group, corresponding to one of Rhode Island's electoral votes, will cast a single electoral vote for the presidential candidate who wins the most votes within that group.
