Rhode Island H7778 amends the state's low-income housing law to include moderate-income housing and eliminates the use of income percentages to determine eligibility for low or moderate-income housing. The bill also requires the executive office of housing and the Rhode Island housing and mortgage finance corporation to maintain an online database of low or moderate-income rental units. This database must include current information on existing inventory, contact details for individual developments, application information, and details on special populations served.
