Rhode Island H7723 amends the General Laws to prohibit using insurance policy limits for property damage, personal injuries, and indemnification claims to cover costs of defending those claims. This applies to policies other than those covering workers' compensation. The policy limit must be available in full for payment of such claims. This act takes effect upon passage.
