Requires public bodies to provide livestreams of their meetings and make recordings available online. Establishes procedures for public participation via videoconferencing, including the provision of free access and instructions for participation. Effective January 1, 2027, all city and town councils and school committees must provide livestreams of their meetings. This act takes effect upon passage.
