Rhode Island H7505 ends the Jobs Development Act rate reduction on July 1, 2026.

Rhode Island H7505 amends the Jobs Development Act to discontinue the rate reduction effective July 1, 2026. Companies that qualified for the rate reduction before July 1, 2015, can maintain it until June 30, 2015. The act takes effect immediately upon passage.
