Rhode Island H7492 amends the law to exclude hydric land in Tiverton from the building land calculation for comprehensive permit projects. This applies to properties not connected to public water or sewer or both, and where the property is considered hydric, predominately hydric, or has a seasonal high-water table. The bill takes effect upon passage.
