Rhode Island H7358 requires the state board of elections to report and publish all write-in votes on its website, regardless of whether the candidates are qualified. The local board of canvassers must adjudicate write-in votes if the total number of write-in votes cast may affect the election outcome. The state board must also keep a book of record of the votes cast for and against all questions submitted to the electors of the state. This act takes effect upon passage.
