Ensures property owners can object to liquor licenses near schools or places of worship, despite exemptions.

This bill amends the General Laws to ensure that exemptions for liquor licenses within 200 feet of schools or places of worship do not eliminate neighboring property owners' rights to object to the license. The bill maintains property owners' ability to remonstrate against such licenses, regardless of any exemptions granted. This act would take effect upon passage.
