Rhode Island H7296 amends the General Laws to permit the town of Tiverton to require two parking spaces for each studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom low- or moderate-income housing unit. This requirement applies if the municipality determines that there is limited or no local public transportation or off-street parking available near these units.
