Rhode Island H7293 allows Tiverton to credit half of manufactured homes in age-restricted communities as affordable housing units.

Rhode Island H7293 amends the Rhode Island Housing Resources Act of 1998 to allow the town of Tiverton to receive a one-half credit for affordable housing units for manufactured homes in age-restricted communities. These manufactured homes must comply with all zoning laws and ordinances of the town. The bill takes effect upon passage.
