This resolution creates a nine-member special legislative commission to study and provide recommendations for improving healthcare delivery at Rhode Island's correctional institutions. The commission includes representatives from the Rhode Island House of Representatives, the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, the Rhode Island Department of Health, the Rhode Island Attorney General, and inmates' rights groups.
