Rhode Island H7147 amends the definition of public works to encompass any projects performed for any city, town, quasi-municipal entity, and the state or quasi-state entity. This includes grading, clearing, demolition, improvement, completion, repair, alteration, or construction of public roads, bridges, buildings, heavy construction, and any other public works projects. The change takes effect upon passage.
