Rhode Island H7125 allows Tiverton to mandate 50% affordable housing in new construction if less than 10% exists.

Rhode Island H7125 amends the General Laws to allow the town of Tiverton to require that 50% of new construction be affordable housing units if the town currently has less than 10% affordable housing. This requirement applies until the town meets the affordable housing requirements. The act takes effect upon passage.
