Provides Rhode Island residents with priority for campsite and recreational facility reservations over nonresidents.

This bill establishes that Rhode Island residents, including those with disabilities, have priority when making reservations for campsites and other recreational facilities over nonresidents. It also grants veterans with a 100% disability rating a 50% reduction in fees for certain recreational activities. This includes licensing, camping, picnic table, and specialized facility use fees. The bill takes effect upon passage.
