Establishes a set rate of seventy dollars for certain writs, citations, or subpoenas.

This bill amends the General Laws to set a fixed fee of seventy dollars for serving all other writs, citations, or subpoenas. It also establishes a minimum fee of seventy dollars for any other writs, citations, or subpoenas not specified in the law. This change affects deputy sheriffs, town sergeants, and constables who serve these legal documents. The fees are to be deposited as general revenue.
