This resolution amends the membership of the Special House Commission studying flooding of the Pawtuxet River, increasing it from eleven to thirteen members. The changes include replacing certain members with new appointees and adding additional members, such as a business owner in a flood zone and the Rhode Island Energy Executive Engineer.
