Rhode Island S3339 prohibits ICE employees, agents, or officials from being within 200 feet of any polling place during voting.

Rhode Island S3339 amends the Conduct of Election and Voting Equipment, and Supplies chapter to prohibit Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees, agents, or officials from being within 200 feet of any polling place during voting, including early voting and election day voting. This restriction applies unless the ICE personnel are present to vote in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The act takes effect upon passage.
