Elections & campaigns
“I mean, the open primaries component of our current election system, I really, really like because I think it allows, well, it allows independents and people who aren't, you know, hardcore party people, I think to have more of a say in terms of who's running, who has a path to win.”
Health care
Bring down medical costs by outlawing excessive drug price markups and requiring transparency about the prices hospitals and drug companies charge behind closed doors.
Education (K-12)

Housing & community development
Create mechanisms to tax “dark homes” — second homes and vacation homes owned by nonresidents — as a means to create a housing market more friendly for Alaskans who live here.
Technology & telecom
Only candidate to support a moratorium on all new data centers (similar to New York State) until the legislature can pass comprehensive regulation on data center development.
