Civil rights & liberties
Protect Vermonters from mass surveillance by prohibiting the sale of sensitive personal information, banning surveillance technologies such as Flock cameras, and preventing AI from being used to monitor lawful political activity, labor organizing, immigration enforcement, reproductive healthcare, or religious practice.
Housing & community development
Revenue from taxes on private equity, large corporate housing, second homes, vacation rentals and luxury estates will be reinvested to reduce property taxes for Vermont residents and expand permanently affordable housing.

Guarantee free primary and preventive healthcare for every Vermonter by eliminating copays, deductibles, and insurance barriers, making primary care the front door to a future universal healthcare system.
Education (K-12)
Protect small and rural schools as essential community institutions by making community-school investment an alternative to forced consolidation and closure.
