Pennsylvania SR332 instructs the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a comprehensive study on the financial implications for the Commonwealth related to health insurance benefit mandates under the Affordable Care Act. The study will include a list of mandates, an analysis of their compliance with defrayal requirements, the associated costs, and the impact on the health insurance markets since December 31, 2011. The findings and recommendations will be submitted to the General Assembly within a year of the resolution's adoption.
