Pennsylvania SR149 designates the week of September 22 through 26, 2025, as "Safe2Say Something Week" to highlight the importance of the Safe2Say Program. This program, established by Act 44 of 2018, allows students, school employees, and community members to anonymously report behavior perceived as threatening. The program has received over 178,000 tips since it began in January 2019, with an 8% increase in tips related to bullying, cyberbullying, suicide or suicidal ideation, and drug distribution and possession in the 2024-2025 school year.
