Pennsylvania SB960 amends the Liquor Code to set specific hours for the sale of liquor and malt or brewed beverages by hotels, restaurants, and clubs. Hotel and restaurant liquor licensees can sell these beverages from 7 AM to 2 AM the next day, but not after 2 AM on Sundays. Club licensees cannot sell these beverages between 7 AM and 3 PM on any day. Additionally, club licensees cannot sell malt or brewed beverages for off-premises consumption between 2 PM and 7 PM on any day.
