Pennsylvania SB920 amends Title 68 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to specify the applicability of local ordinances, regulations, and building codes for condominiums, cooperatives, and planned communities. It mandates that local ordinances cannot prohibit these forms of ownership or impose different requirements than those for other developments. The bill also requires the creation of annual reports by planning agencies detailing the land area, number of units, and infrastructure of each condominium, cooperative, and planned community within their jurisdiction.
