Pennsylvania SB915 amends Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to redefine the offense of riot. A person is guilty of riot, a felony of the third degree, if they participate with two or more others in disorderly conduct with intent to commit or facilitate a felony or misdemeanor, prevent or coerce official action, or use a firearm or other deadly weapon. Additionally, knowingly organizing, controlling, or financing a riot with two or more people is a felony of the third degree.
