Pennsylvania SB882 amends enforcement of foreign judgments to exclude reproductive health care services.

Pennsylvania SB882 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to modify the enforcement of foreign judgments. Courts of common pleas will not enforce or satisfy foreign judgments related to reproductive health care services. "Reproductive health care services" include medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services related to the human reproductive system, such as pregnancy, contraception, or termination of pregnancy, provided in hospitals, outpatient clinics, physician's offices, or other medical facilities. This act takes effect in 60 days.
