Pennsylvania SB881 amends state laws to prevent extradition for reproductive health care offenses.

Pennsylvania SB881 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to modify procedures related to reproductive health care offenses. It prohibits courts from issuing subpoenas for service on individuals in connection with tribunal matters outside Pennsylvania involving reproductive health care services. Additionally, it restricts peace officers from arresting individuals for such offenses. The bill also exempts the Governor from delivering individuals to other states for reproductive health care offenses if those offenses would be lawful in Pennsylvania.
