Pennsylvania SB877 amends the Public School Code of 1949 to establish the Barber Training Through Career and Technical Center Program as a continuation of the existing pilot program. All activities, orders, regulations, rules, and decisions made under the pilot program remain in effect until revoked, vacated, or modified. Contracts, obligations, and collective bargaining agreements entered into under the pilot program are unaffected by this conversion. The act takes effect immediately.
