Pennsylvania SB830 establishes the Child-Care Workforce Commission to analyze data and issue recommendations on the child-care workforce.

The Child-Care Workforce Report and Commission Act establishes the Child-Care Workforce Commission within the Department of Human Services. The commission reviews and analyzes data on the child-care workforce, including demographic and compensation data. The Office of Child Development and Early Learning, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Industry, collects this data annually. The commission issues an initial report within six months of the act's effective date and updates it annually.
