Establishes the HUB Zone Business Procurement Program to encourage participation of historically underutilized business zones in Pennsylvania.

The bill amends Title 62 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to establish the HUB Zone Business Procurement Program. This program aims to encourage participation of historically underutilized business zones, known as HUB zones, in state procurement contracts. The Department of General Services will administer the program, including formulating policies, providing information, and monitoring compliance.
