Pennsylvania SB812 amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to improve the examination and approval process for electronic voting systems. The Secretary of the Commonwealth must provide public notice of the examination, which must be open to the public, with reasonable limitations on attendance. The Secretary must make an audiovisual recording of the examination, which is posted on the Department of State's website. The Department retains unredacted copies of all reports.
