Pennsylvania SB806 amends the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law to include knowing or reckless creation, distribution, or publication of artificial intelligence-generated content without clear and conspicuous disclosure as unfair methods of competition. The disclosure must state that the content was generated using artificial intelligence and must be presented in a readable and understandable manner. The bill also provides definitions for terms such as "artificial intelligence" and "clear and conspicuous.
