Pennsylvania SB774 amends the homicide by vehicle while driving under influence statute. If a person is convicted of this offense and the offense resulted in the death of a parent or legal guardian of a child under 18 years of age or a dependent, the sentencing court must order the person to pay restitution in the form of financial support to each of the deceased victim's minor children or dependents.
