Pennsylvania SB766 exempts part-day school-age programs from certain child care center regulations.

Pennsylvania SB766 amends the Human Services Code to exempt part-day school-age programs from specific child care center regulations. These programs, which operate for less than ninety consecutive days per calendar year, will no longer need to comply with 55 Pa. Code Ch. 3270. This change applies to children who are eligible for kindergarten or are under sixteen years of age and attending kindergarten. The act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
